إذاعة نور الإيمان - تريم (Noor Al Eman Radio – Tarim) is a free application that allows users to listen to the live radio broadcast of Dar Al-Mustafa Radio in Tarim. The application is intended to provide convenient access to the official radio broadcast and content provided to listeners, and may also provide live video when available.

We respect the privacy of our users and do not sell, rent, or trade users' personal information. The application does not show ads and does not use the advertising ID.

1. Live Broadcast License

The live audio broadcast provided through the application is made available under official licenses and permissions from the management of Dar Al-Mustafa Radio in Tarim.

The application serves as a means of accessing and listening to the official radio broadcast and does not claim ownership of the audio content, programs, or other broadcast materials.

All rights related to the audio and video broadcast content remain with their respective owners and rights holders. The broadcast content is not used for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

The application is designed so that users do not need to create an account or sign in to listen to the live broadcast.

• A technical device or application token when notification services are enabled through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Limited usage data through Firebase Analytics to improve application stability, not linked to advertising.

The application does not access or collect the user's contacts.

3. Notifications

The application may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send notifications to users, such as notifications about radio programs, events, or service updates.

When notifications are enabled, a technical device token may be used to deliver notifications to the appropriate device.

Users can control or disable notifications through their device settings. Declining the notification permission does not prevent listening from inside the application.

4. Audio and Video Recording

The application may provide a feature to save a portion of the live radio stream, and may also save live video when a broadcast is available.

When using the recording feature:

• A copy of the radio or live-video stream is saved. This is not a recording from the device microphone.
• Files are stored locally in the application's private storage on the user's device.
• Recordings are not uploaded to our servers for the purpose of collecting personal information.
• Users control the recordings stored on their devices and may rename, share, or delete them.

5. App Permissions

The application requests the notifications permission only, to show the playback notification in the background and alerts about programs, events, and updates.

The application does not request microphone access, general storage or shared media access, phone-state permission, or contacts.

Pausing playback during a phone call is handled through Android's audio-focus system, without reading phone state.

Recordings are saved in the application's private storage and do not require a general storage permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may rely on certain third-party services to provide specific functionality. These services may collect or process certain information according to their own privacy policies.

Services that may be used include:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging
